Gender pay gap and under-representation of women in decision-making positions: UWE decisions of the European Committee of Social Rights

The aim of this article is to present the decisions European Committee Social Rights concerning collective complaints, lodged by University Women Europe (UWE) against 15 states, in which issues gender pay gap and imbalance decision-making positions within private companies were raised. assessed compliance with right equal opportunities workplace clarified requirements stemming from Charter respect.
